Welcome to L’esprit Sud Magazine, an online magazine dedicated to gastronomy and travel. I have created this magazine as a platform to share my passion for travel, exceptional food and photography. I am lucky to travel a bit and come from a family of real fine food lovers. Seriously, I must have been five when I had my first Michelin-star rated restaurant....
The title L’esprit Sud (The Spirit of the South) is a direct reference to my native South of France and its joie de vivre. Although now leaving in Southern California, I do return often to my roots to harvest new experiences and beautiful pictures.
I have always been inspired by the beautiful magazines that I read each month, so I tried to give this platform the look and feel of a real magazine. Who knows ... maybe one day L'esprit Sud Magazine will graduated from the digital world, and elevated to a glossy paper magazine!
Since this magazine is not my main activity (I'm a floral designer), I do not post as often as I would like it to be. However, it is with great pleasure and love that I "handcraft" each article with the memory of my travel and gastronomical adventures.
